How to choose
You're new to systematic trading — Free
You want to understand how strategy backtesting works, explore indicators, and see whether Strateda fits your workflow. The Free plan gives you the full strategy builder, 75 indicators, and basic backtesting on US stocks. The 1,000 bar limit means shorter test windows, but it's enough to learn the platform and evaluate a strategy concept before committing.
Upgrade trigger: You want CME futures data, longer backtesting windows, or the optimization and analytics tools to go deeper.
You're developing and validating strategies — Plus
You have a strategy idea and you want to test it seriously. Plus unlocks everything you need for rigorous backtesting: CME futures, 4,500 bars, parameter optimization, and the full backtest analytics suite — including Monte Carlo simulation, Deflated Sharpe overfitting detection, Rolling Sharpe, MAE/MFE analysis, and all 20+ chart views. You can also connect MT5 for broker-accurate backtesting with real spread, commission, and margin.
This is the right tier for most active strategy developers who are not yet running live strategies.

Pro gives you everything needed to run, monitor, and improve a live trading operation.
Upgrade trigger: You need Walk-Forward Optimization for institutional-grade parameter validation, or you want to run more than 2 live strategies simultaneously.
You need institutional-grade validation — Premium
Premium adds Walk-Forward Optimization — the gold standard for out-of-sample strategy validation. WFO tests your strategy across multiple rolling time windows, measuring whether optimized parameters genuinely generalise to unseen data or merely fit the historical sample. Premium also supports 4 simultaneous live strategies.
This tier is for traders who demand rigorous statistical evidence before deploying capital, or who run multiple strategies across different instruments and accounts.
